We've launched Letted.
October 31, 2025

Letted is building software to reduce the cost and friction of renting by giving landlords better tools to run their properties. Today, we're announcing our launch.
Launching Letted
Today we're announcing the launch of Letted.
We believe rents are shaped not just by market forces, but by the cost structure underneath them. When property operations are inefficient, opaque, and manual, those costs ultimately flow through the system.
Letted exists to change that.
Our goal is simple: remove unnecessary overhead from the system by replacing fragmented processes and expensive intermediaries with modern, software-led workflows.
Who we are
We're a team of technologists, operators, and data-driven builders who looked at the UK rental market and asked a basic question:
Why does managing property still rely on high fees, slow processes, and poor visibility?
Much of the industry is built on legacy workflows, manual coordination, and layers of intermediation. That structure is expensive, hard to scale, and frustrating for everyone involved.
We believe modern software can do better.
What we believe
Property operations should be:
- Faster to respond
- Clearer to understand
- Cheaper to run
- Easier to scale
By using automation, real-time data, and structured workflows, landlords can run their properties more efficiently without relying on costly, opaque systems.
Lower overhead means better outcomes across the system.
What Letted does
Letted is a software platform for landlords.
It provides tools to:
- Organise tenant communication in one shared inbox
- Track maintenance issues and approvals through clear workflows
- Monitor rent status and arrears across a portfolio
- View performance, trends, and insights in real time
The landlord remains in control of decisions at every step. Letted provides structure, visibility, and automation — not agency or substitution.
Why this matters
When costs fall, flexibility increases.
If the traditional model looks like this:
High fees + fragmented processes + slow response = higher overhead
Then a software-led model flips the equation:
Lower fixed costs + automation + better data = less overhead and fewer hidden costs
That efficiency can show up as higher net yield, better maintained properties, or greater headroom in pricing decisions.
The choice remains with the landlord.
Who we're looking for
We're now inviting UK landlords to join Letted.
Whether you manage a single property or a large portfolio, the platform is designed to scale with you.
Letted is for landlords who:
- Want clearer visibility across their properties
- Are frustrated by high fees and slow processes
- Value control, transparency, and modern tooling
If that sounds familiar, we'd love to show you the platform.
What's next
We're onboarding our first cohort of landlords and refining the product with live usage and feedback.
Over the coming months we'll be rolling out:
- Deeper portfolio analytics
- Optional third-party integrations
- Improved automation and reporting tools
We'll also be sharing case studies that show how better software changes day-to-day operations for landlords and tenants alike.
Thank you for following along.
We believe the property sector can work better. We believe software can remove waste rather than add layers. And we believe that better tools lead to better outcomes across the system.
If you're a landlord ready to modernise how you run your properties, let's talk.
