Today we’re excited to announce the official launch of Letted — our mission is simple: bring down rents by fundamentally changing how property management works.
Who we are
We are a team of technologists, real-estate operators and data-minded entrepreneurs who looked at the UK landlord-tenant market and asked: Why is this still built on high fees, opaque processes and slow reaction times?
Letted was born from that question. We believe property management is broken. Traditional agencies charge a premium, layers of bureaucracy add cost, and landlords and tenants alike bear the burden.
We combine smart automation, real-time data and human oversight to deliver a service that is radically efficient. We answer tenants instantly, coordinate maintenance, collect rent, surface insights — all for one predictable and low monthly fee.
In short: we give landlords more yield and less hassle; we give tenants better service; and by doing that we shrink the cost structure — which ultimately means lower effective rents.
What we do
Here’s how Letted works, and why it’s different:

- Repairs and maintenance handled end to end: tenants report issues, we triage, get quotes, manage contractors, track jobs to completion — you stay in control but we take over the busy-work.
- Transparent and low pricing: on average less than 1% of monthly rent for full management, far cheaper than traditional agencies in the UK.
- Flexible setup: work alongside your current agent or take all the work yourself — you choose the level of support.
Why this matters (and why it lowers cost)
Because we reduce the layers, the handoffs and the “agent markup”, we remove waste from the system. Lower cost structure = higher yields for landlords. Higher yields = either more attractive properties or the strength to hold rents down.
