We believe rent is too high, and it's our mission with Letted to fix it.
Traditional letting agents charge landlords 10-15% of rental income for work that’s mostly admin: chasing tenants, monitoring rent, scheduling repairs, filing paperwork. That cost gets passed straight to renters through higher rents.
Letted replaces that with AI agents that handle the day-to-day for a flat fee. We’re giving landlords back control and saving renters money.
