Landlords deserve
better tools

We built Letted because managing property is harder than it should be.

Booked the annual gas safety check

Requested 3 quotes for the boiler

Answered 7 tenant messages overnight

Scheduled access for the inspection

Rescheduled the plumber for Tuesday

Chased the contractor for an update

Renewed the EPC for Flat 2

Repaired the sink

Our Promise

We started Letted with a shared belief: the letting agent model is broken. The days of charging 15% for a sub-standard service, simply because landlords had no other option, are over.

AI will radically improve how whole industries work, and property is no exception. So we built Letted to handle the admin for you. Tenant messages, maintenance, compliance, rent monitoring, all for a flat fee rather than a cut of your income.

That leaves you free to focus on the decisions that actually grow your portfolio. And the longer you use Letted, the more it learns how you work.

How We Build

Landlord-first

We build for landlords who want to run things themselves without drowning in admin. If a feature doesn't earn its place, it doesn't ship.

AI that works quietly

Our AI picks up the repetitive stuff like chasing replies, booking tradespeople, and sending reminders so you can focus on the decisions that actually matter.

Compliance by default

Gas safety, EICRs, deposit protection, smoke alarms. Letted tracks every certificate and nudges you before deadlines arrive.

Work with us

We're a small, fast-moving team working on a big problem. If you like building things that matter and moving quickly, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Story

Late 2025

The idea

After years of watching letting agents charge 12% for work that was mostly spreadsheets and phone calls, we figured there had to be a better way. So we started building one.

December 2025

Launch

We launched with a handful of landlords in London and Bristol. Within weeks, they were running their entire portfolios through Letted. No agent, no drama.

2026

Scaling up

Over 100 landlords, £54m in property under management, and a team that's growing. Still just getting started.
