Last updated: 25 February 2026

This statement is made by Letted Ltd ("Letted", "we", "us", or "our") in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we take to make sure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chain.

1. About Letted

Letted is a UK-based software company that provides property management tools for landlords. We are a small team and our operations are primarily digital.

  • Company Name: Letted Ltd
  • Company Number: 16826979
  • Registered Office: 22 St. Albans Road, Bristol, England, BS6 7SJ

2. Our Position

Modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. We are committed to acting with integrity and transparency, and we do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking in any part of our business.

3. Our Business and Supply Chain

As a software company, our supply chain is relatively straightforward. It consists mainly of:

  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
  • Payment processing services
  • Software tools and development services
  • Professional services such as legal and accounting

We do not operate manufacturing facilities, and we do not have a large or complex physical supply chain.

4. Due Diligence

We take the following steps to assess and manage the risk of modern slavery:

  • We choose suppliers and service providers with established reputations and, where relevant, their own published modern slavery policies.
  • We review our supply chain periodically to identify any areas of concern.
  • We are willing to ask questions of our suppliers about their own practices where we consider it appropriate.

Given the nature and size of our business, the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations and supply chain is low. However, we remain vigilant and will take action if any concerns arise.

5. Our People

All team members are engaged on fair and transparent terms. We verify the right to work in the UK for all employees. We do not use recruitment agencies that charge fees to workers.

6. Reporting Concerns

If anyone suspects modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with Letted or our supply chain, they should report it immediately to support@letted.com. Reports can also be made under our Whistleblowing Policy.

7. Review

This statement is reviewed and updated annually.
